I take AI from a business problem to a system people rely on, and then I hand it over. Four so far, built inside the organisations that run them: a compliance workflow cut from three hours to five minutes, a tender operation taken from one or two bids a month to as many as twenty, an order-to-cash system built from scratch, a marketplace built alone in six months.
